Are you a Cowboy Bebop fan looking to travel space with a Cat companion? Look no further than Bitter Silver! A Cowboy Bebop-inspired, space western visual novel adventure where you get to define your path as a bounty hunter in the far flung future of the Milky Way Galaxy.

Vanessa (Monotoned_Enthusiasm) hosted a playthrough of the demo on the BGGC Twitch channel and our founder (yoobrandii) interviewed one of the developers, BGGC Community member heycalamityyy! Calamity was responsible for the amazingly humorous and quirky dialogue throughout the game. Following our playthrough, we sat down for a chat with them to talk about how they pivoted into the gaming space, launching a game, and their path into narrative writing for video games!

One aspect that makes Bitter Silver unique is the main character. You play as Lucia Lopez, an Afro-Latina ex-soldier-turned-bounty-hunter traveling through space with your half-human / half-alien boo thang (Zap) and your tech expert robotic cat (Hobbes!) Together, you surf through space in your ship that's barely hanging on to hunt down folks who can help you seek answers to a curse you’ve been search for all your life!
